Oracle generates ideation-only trade suggestions based on public data and AI synthesis. Oracle is not investment advice, not a recommendation to buy or sell any security, and carries no guarantee of accuracy. Past signal performance does not predict future results. Users are solely responsible for their investment decisions and should consult a licensed advisor before acting on any Oracle output.

Manera Technologies Inc. is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or portfolio manager in any jurisdiction. Oracle does not provide personalized recommendations, does not consider individual financial circumstances, and is not a substitute for professional financial planning.

Conflict of Interest Disclosure

Manera earns a commission when you execute an Oracle signal via Bidit (Manera's broker-router petal). This creates a financial incentive for Oracle to generate signals that users find attractive enough to execute.

We mitigate this conflict in four concrete ways:

1. Immediate publication. All signals are published to all subscribers simultaneously. No cherry-picking or staggered release.
2. Performance tracking. Every signal's realized outcome is tracked on the public Performance page — we cannot hide losers.
3. Petal lineage. Every conviction score lists the contributing mesh petals so you can audit the reasoning, not just the verdict.
4. No private channels. Manera principals do not trade signals before publication. SATORI (Manera's live trading petal) does not consume Oracle signals — the data flow is one-way (SATORI → Oracle as performance feedback only). See INTEGRATION_SATORI.md for architectural enforcement.

Data Sources & Independence

Signals are generated using:

• AI: Claude Sonnet 4 (Anthropic)
• Mesh petals: SentimentDNA, FXWatch, CommodityWatch, CreditPulse, EarningsIntel, GeopolRisk — all built and operated by Manera on public data sources
• Quotes: Finnhub, AlphaVantage, Yahoo Finance, CoinGecko (multi-provider dispatch)

No proprietary data from any Manera principal's employer is used in Oracle. Oracle relies exclusively on publicly available data feeds. Manera maintains a firewall from any employer relationships per NBC §5bis doctrine. Annual independence audit confirms separation.

Refund Policy

Oracle subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your billing portal; cancellation stops the next billing cycle. We do not issue refunds for losses incurred from acting on Oracle signals — Oracle is ideation only and you alone decide whether to act. Refunds for product malfunction (e.g., dashboard outage >48h) are handled case-by-case via [email protected].

Audit Trail

Every signal is persisted to Oracle's database with:

• Generation timestamp (UTC)
• Asset class, ticker, direction, conviction (1-10)
• Full thesis text + JSON rationale
• Contributing petal lineage (which mesh peers argued for the signal)
• Quote-at-generation snapshot (for outcome resolution)

Signal records are immutable post-generation. Future enhancement (Q3 2026): notarize signal audit logs via OpenTimestamps to Bitcoin so users can prove a signal was published at time T, not after a SATORI fill at time T+x.

Regulatory Posture

Oracle currently operates in pre-launch mode pending NBC §5bis written acknowledgment. Once cleared, Oracle's intended audience is SMB traders, family offices, and research analysts in jurisdictions where AI-generated trade ideation is permitted as a software service (not as registered investment advice).

Manera Technologies Inc. will pursue formal regulatory registration (IIROC/SEC equivalent) if and when product expansion requires it. Current SMB ideation use case does not require registration in Quebec or most G7 jurisdictions, subject to legal counsel confirmation.
